The Rot13 filter takes all the letters in the input text and convert it using a Rot13 algorithm. This is useful when you want to obscure text from casual glances (such as a spoiler in a review or a solution to a puzzle). Rot13 rotates each letter of the alphabet 13 places, so that A becomes N and B becomes O. The algorithm is fully reversible, so to decode something in Rot13 just run Rot13 again.
